Wind load calculation for mounting systems

from which section we should calculate the wind force from for mounting structure as shown below : do we consider this system as ( Building structure/Chimney,Tank,similar strucures / solid signs/ open signs / Lattice framework /Trussed tower )

I would say it is a "lattice framework" as geometry and use suggest. What do you think?
 
Depending on the size ratios, open structure using a Kzt factor as if the building the solar structure is on acts as a cliff could be applicable. I had this discussion years ago with a wind tunnel agency when SEAoC PV documents were being developed and since no one has tested this (unless proprietary wind tunnel testing has been done) this method was the best we could think of to address this scenario.
