Will dim. change by Heat treatment on SUS420J2

Dear Friend,
I would like to find out the following after heat treatment

Introduction:
Heat treatment of SUS420J2:
Harden at 1100 degree C for 60min
Temper at 518 degree C for156min

Will the dimension change (shrink or expand) if we heat treat SUS420J2?

If yes, how can i control to min the change?
Is there any chart for me to follow?
