Wider beam on supported columns

Hello,
I want to ask about the limit allowed for cases when the reinforced beam width is larger than column width. Is it correct to be wider and what is the percent to be wider? On other hand what is the negative reinforcement percent that developed in this case ?
 
We already answered this exact question for you in the Structural Engineering Other Topics forum on 3/16 and 3/17. Were you looking for a different response? (FYI, many users on this site visit several forums on a regular basis.)
