why wont copy clip or wblock work ?

is there a setting that prevents the copy clip or wblock command from working in acad 2002.

Don't know if it's what you're running into, but, on some drawings that we received from out-of-house, we couldn't copyclip anything from them, if we tried to include the dimensions (including leaders)

If that's what you're running into, we never found a way around it to get the dimensions. But, we could select everything in the drawing but dims and leaders and it would paste just fine.

Just type WBLOCK at the comand line.

There is a patch for this problem on the autodesk website for AutoCAD 2007. I haven't seen this problem in 2002 though.
