Why do cross-listed ISO standards have different prices?

There is no content difference among ISO 281, BS ISO 281, or DIN ISO 281. DIN translates English language standards from ISO and CEN into German language. BS literally does nothing but "approve" the ISO standard and append their title page onto it. Why the price varies so much? The vagaries of supply and demand...

So it would appear, then, that adding German language translation devalues the document. I don't mind skipping over pages of German.
I believe most standards organizations price their standards per page of content. It might be as simple as each of them have their own per-page rate.
