Why cant i select plane in parts in DMU Kinematics?

So i want to have red part sliding in green part(fixed) just as in boom. But i cant select the plane on both parts. I have already used prismatic joint in cuboid and it worked perfectly. How can fix this? Thankyou.

Could you share the product? It's probably different parts of lines and planes
