Who offers an electric valve actuator w/ steel or DI housings?

ABS (American Bureau of shipping) is having 2nd thoughts on elect actuators w/ aluminum housings. Does any one know of a manufacture that offer rotary elect. actuators that has a cast steel or ductile iron housings?

But out of curiosity, what is the issue?

The issue is fire & alum housing which make no sense at all due to all the internals will melt in either housing. ABS has successfully opened a can of worms & now has everybody in the industry scurrying to find a solution that just isn't there.
