Until where I know this option you can verify that modules was instalated in your machine and which modules are disponsable for you.

Floating Options, It's about the floating licence, witch is install on many comuters but you can access only in x computers, where x is the number of floating licenses wich you buy. Whatever, first user start have the first priority, but you also can modyfy that on server, with access priority.
