I want it to be comprehensive, especially on couled thermal stress analysis, more details on both theory and formulations.

Hi Tianle,

Try "Finite Element Methods in Heat Transfer Analysis" by Lewis,Morgan, Thomas and Seetharanam. The book is published by Wiley.
For further titles check Amazon.com.
