White Iron Chrome % - Re Brittle? 1

Is a white iron with 30% Cr more brittle that one with 27/28% Cr?

Yesthe high chrome irons above 30 upto 33% are more brittle than the 27% Cr grades. The former are used in applications having no impact and quite often in high temperature application
