I am trying to create a profile-checking fixture. I often see segment profile callout using points, for example, A <--> B, but this one has no such thing.

Below is my interpretation of the profile segments.

How do you draw the maximum boundary of the profile in CAD? just offset by .02? Are we assuming the connecting segments to be collinear?

The profile tolerance extent stops where there is any change in curvature unless otherwise specified.

The basic points have nothing to do with limits on the extent of the profile tolerance. Those points are part of the profile definition, not the tolerance.

Thanks 3DDave, you nailed it again.
Then it would be like this: Highlighted area being the profile tolerance zone. Is the square mismatch allowance part of the profile as well?

The nominal profile contour is tangent with the radius. If I am drawing the maximum material condition of the profile, it would be just a bump on the nominal? As indicated by the red line?
