Hi anyone,

Refer to ASTM STD of LRUT, the CSC meaning is..

"cross-sectional area change (CSC)—the change in the circumferential cross-section of pipe from its nominal total cross-section, usually given in percentage"

My question is the CSC is calculated from the cross-section area of the pipe wall only or calculated from OD (Pipe wall area + ID area)?

Thanks for any help.
