Where is the solid edge engineering reference tab

Todd,
I have the same issue and have been trying to track it down. Are you working with a foating license with mulitple seats of SE? Our setup consists of a mix of Solid Edge "Foundation" and "Classic" seats. From what I've seen, this feature is available in the "Classic" but not the "Foundation" seats.
