Where is SA-182 Gr. F11 Cl. 3?

Can anyone tell me why SA-182 Gr. F11 Cl. 3 is listed in ASME Section IX & II Part A but not listed in the stress values tables in Section II Part D, B31.1 or B31.3?

Because this material is not an approved material for pressure boundary applications with stress lines.

BTW; did you check if this material can be used under a code case?
