where downloading animation tutorials

I have to do an animation for a spining cover lid, I tried to do but I cant find the way to spining the cover lid from a point or from a edge o line, all the time the lid spin around its CSYS, if I create a new CSYS allways take the original CSYS.

Another animation that I want is the rotatory movement of a screw lid like soda PET bottles, or the turn on rotatory movement of a knob.
