When to use END( LENGTH) OFFSET and PANEL ZONE?

End length offsets can be used when you want to model the part of a frame that belongs to a joint. As this part has relatively much larger stiffness of the free length of the beam, one can assume that it behaves as a rigid body, something that affects the analysis results, as end moment increase.
