Jan 4, 2011 #2 dik Structural Joined Apr 13, 2001 Messages 26,113 Location CA Not appreciably... you are looking at the local differential in concrete height... as an example, you may have 40' of water on the concrete surface at one location and 41' of water adjacent to it... only a 1' differential.
