When evaluating a pipeline coating, when is cathodic disbondment resistance important?
Is it important for any cathodically protected line?
Does pipeline temperature matter?
What is considered acceptable cathodic disbondment resistance? <18mm per ASTM G8, G42, or D6676?

thanks.
