Does any one out there no any companies that pay for wheels design ideas sketches, becuase i have various design ideas sketches of cool wheels that would be awsome to be seen rolling on the road.

Nice try... but I doubt it. Try contacting the aftermarket guys, or you could even try and get a job as a stylist with a car company (they sculpt the wheels for almost all our cars).
