Why does european tolerances for end mills diameter are derived from table of limilts and fits standard(e8 for example)
while inch size end mills for usa is mostely +0/-0.05 m"m on solid carbide end mills?
why does it need to be so tight if cnc operator will measure the diameter anyway before using it?
