What's the correct way to wire a reflective optical sensor?

Hi,
I'm trying to use a reflective object sensor, in order to detect a label on a moving liner and once detected send a command to a motor.
I have the following sensors:
OPB732WZ
OPB745WZ
OPB740wz

all from Optek.

What's the correct way to connect them to a circuit to get the most accurate result/most sensitivity?
