Hi,

What's the best way to create a dome in NX?
I am interested to know how you would do such a project.
I have attached a picture which shows the base (left side) and the roof (on the right)(just for reference).
Dimension do not matter.


Objectiv:
I want to create a patch on a component that interfere with another one.
I've cut the area that interfere and want to strengthen the area of cutting".


P.S. Can you send a prt. sample for evidence, please?

One easy way to do it, for the example you show, would be to extrude the base curves up the desired distance, add draft (either during the extrude operation or as a separate operation) and finally add a blend around the perimeter.
