Does anyone know what's RGB Code background color of V5 and V4?

according to paint shop pro it is 51,51,102 on my system.

Paint Shop Pro is recognizing the colors properly.
According to CATIA V5 the background is:
Red 51
Green 51
Blue 102
Hue 160
Sat 80
Lum 72
