What would you call this diagram?

I'd swear back in the early '90s I learned this as a Signal Flow Diagram (SFD). It is useful to track the noisefloor, headroom, and dynamic range in a receiver. If you Google SFD, you see the phrase has taken on a new meaning, something similar to state-space design. Thus I got a few puppy-dog head-twists from my coworkers when I started to explain this as a SFD.
