What will be the equivalent active soil pressure to the retaining wall 8 ft height if on top of the soil is asphalt pavement with HS20 load on it which is about 1 ft near the edge of the top of retaining wall? Is this being done by converting the HS20 load to equivalent height of soil just like we do for surcharge? gerry vargas
