What this error means? OSError:[Errno 13]

After checking my Glorious Optimal Option Generating Learning Equipment It seems like its a permission error?
Found this:
"I figured out the reason for the error. I didn't have permission to
save to/modify files in the current working directory. I had to
change to another working directory. "
This was for "Abaqus/CAE 6.8-2 Job Error" so not sure if that solves your problem?
