what soft seat (elastomers) materials concentric butterfly valve apply for phosphating fluid?

It'll be applied on process for phosphating of automotive bodies.

Need to know more details about the fluid, pressure and temperature. Even as I know producers try to protect the exact formula for compositions, something could be said. Is the material abrasive or stick to sealings when drying? Cleaning liquids for the valve might be vastly different from the phophate, if any, please inform.

Hi,

The Fluid is GRANODINE 958R + Accelerator 131 Henkel, Temperature: 48°C ~ 54°C, Pressure: 1 Kgf/cm² ~ 3 Kgf/cm².

EPDM should work, though the HF acid content is worrisome. You could spend more for FKM seals, if you need the insurance.
