Hello,
Some days later i saw an intresting and large, I suppose, offshore machine under construction. I have only two low quality pictures of this structure which inside is located a conveyor. What is more all of this is placed in a shipayrd.

Could you tell me what machine is this and its application?

Sorry for my english, I am from Poland.

Go and ask someone.

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)

From those photos I don't think anyone will be able to tell much unfortunately.

But we can at least help your English a bit - although it's pretty good already.

"Some days later I saw" - later is in the future. It's not possible to see something in the future.

You want "Some days earlier". But that sounds a bit odd in American English. So go for "A few days ago I saw".

Or some days ago / a few days ago / some time ago. The beauty of English 100 and 1 ways to say the same thing

From my perspective there is nothing wrong with the phrasing the OP used. His error is in the omission of context. It would be grammatically correct if he described a situation prior to his observation. For example: "Last year I gave my father a gift for his birthday. A few days later I saw it in the trash.

I agree that we can only guess. There must be people there working on this that you can ask.

All too many times lately, pictures are not worth a thousand words.

Thank you for all replies, especially for spelling advices. When I find out something about this machine, I will tell you. Good bye :)

Edward,

We wouldn't normally say "especially for spelling advices" - in English, advice is 'stuff' like water or energy, rather than 'a thing' like a dog, a book or a recommendation is.

You could say "especially for spelling advice" - or "especially for spelling recommendations"

A.
