What is this "plunger pawl" called?

I'm designing a ratchet lever, and I found a pawl that I'd like to use:

The spring pushes the angled pawl onto the gear, which only lets it rotate in one direction. It allows you to pull up and turn the lever 180 degrees to allow the gear to rotate the other direction.

I've been googling "plunger pawl," but I can't find any vendors.

What is the name of the pawl? Better yet, what is a vendor that sells it? I need something that hold about 100 foot-pounds.

I heard several names for your apparatus, Ratchet lever, ratchet arm, and in conjunction with a socket a ratchet lever wrench.

I have two 3/4" ones with a foot long handle with the reversing mechanism at the end of the handle. The system has no load handling capability so it has to act through a nut. Mine came off a machine leveling device. This type arrangement is often use on heavy duty machinery leveling jacks where you leave the wrench attached. I have bought a bunch of these used for leveling rolls and I cannot recall the manufacturer. My two are so old that there is no name stamped on the wrench only an apparent part number.

I want a ratchet to do it.

I was always thinking of using sprockets, but I don't know how to have a safety for that while it's turning. Maybe gear it so the friction will hold it in place?
