What is the x-ray cable size required

Hi, what str the size for a 250~300 metre length cabled to hook up power supply to X-ray that consumed 100A and another one that consumes 200A.

I think the safest way to proceed is to talk to equipment manufacturer for equipment tolerances in voltage and inrush current rating.
