I need a standrd method to specify a machine part.like if I have a plate it has a designation of plate and the specifcation is length*width*height , the screw has a specification M8*length*grade*DIN and so on ,so Could anyone please helps me?

ASME Y14.100 gives some part naming guidelines. Not sure to the level of detail you seem to want though.

Posting guidelines faq731-376 (probably not aimed specifically at you)
What is Engineering anyway: faq1088-1484
