Please post the formula of Ld of rebars of vertical structural elements as per latest ACI CODES.Which formula of Ld in tension or compression to be used.Thanks a lot elements

ACI 318-05 (and -11) lists these requirements in sections 12.2-12.3.
The requirements are complicated enough that it can't be summarized here. The controlling condition (tension or compression), depends on the design.
