Need some help with this one. Anyone know of a source for universal motors that have roughly a 1.4" OD and are ~ 2.5" long? I'm working on a design where this would be very nice to have, but I have yet to find any that work in this package. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Do you have input VTG/Current spec's? <nbucska@pcperipherals.com>

Have you tried drill motors? I would think the average hand drill would be a universal motor about this size.

As a little punk, some varieties of toothbrush motors were highly prized for slot cars.

THE LARGEST MANUFACTURERS ARE IN CHINA.YOU CAN GET ALL SUCH RANGES FROM JOHNSON ELECTRIC -HK/CHINA.VISIT-
if the volumes are pretty high give me a chance!!!!

Suggestion: Visit
and type Motors: Universal under Product or Service that will return 51 companies to contact regarding your special universal motor
