what is the minimum spacing of rebar in concrete piles?

Is it correct that the gap between rebar in piles should be 100mm for bar diameters greater than 32mm.and its aggregate size plus 5mm or bar diameter?.

I thought the ACI standard was 1.5 times the maximum aggregate size.

What code are you using?
