What is the max penetration allowed in a post-tensioned slab

the structural drawings say
for those tendons
clear cover is 2" @ top and 1" @ bottom

so usually what is the maximum penetration allowed for fasteners (from dry wall) to such slab?

We usually keep it to 3/4".
