What is the highest speed DAC?

Would you please telling how fast can a DAC reach?<br>
I found a model from MAXIM IC. whose highest speed is 400Msps.<br>
However, I am seeking for another one with higher speed.<br>
Is there any idea?<br>

Check with a company called SPT ( I belive it is Signal Processing Technology). They have some high-speed ECL based data convertors and components. Good Luck
