The first one is an orifice with a tapered hole in the plate,
Restr. orifice is the common name and maybe someone else knows what a line sized orif. is?

hal1981,

Where have found these terms?

"We don't believe things because they are true, things are true because we believe them."

I've heard "line size" orifice, rightly or wrongly, refer to an RO without reducers before or after.

I.e. a 10" line reducing to 8" or 6" for the orifice run and orifice flanges would not be a "line size" orifice.

For a more official definition, I suggest checking Nayyar's Piping Handbook.
