What is the difference between RMS and Fundamental Power ?

The power monitor gives two different printouts. Which one is usually analyzed ? This is the RMS sheet.

And this is the fundamental. They are slightly different.

I suggest reading the manual, but I'm guessing the RMS values are true RMS values that include all harmonic content the meter is capable of reading in the calculations, and the fundamental values are the values at the fundamental frequency of the system only.
