Cheapest? Lowest operating, capital or total cost?
Spare part availability?
Reliability?
Best guarantee?
Most long term stable supplier?
Conforming to a certain code? If so, which one?
Somewhere in between?
Perhaps talk to the supplier to gather such info and go from there. It's hard to tell without further info. They both appear to be reputable suppliers. Each supplier may be able to meet your needs, and outdo the other in certain areas, depending upon your specs.
