PARVAR is a name given by Ellwood Quality Steel (EQS) of Newcastle Pa to describe one of the cleanliness grades they offer. The material meets the cleanliness level of Vacuum Arc Remelt (VAR) ie it meets cleanliness standard AMS 2304.
