What is difference between CMOS vs. SOI CMOS vs. SiGe technologies?

I see various kinds of chipsets and MCMs being floated as potential solutions for 5G towers/repeaters. What are the pros and cons of these kinds of semiconductors?

CMOS -- Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor is the silicon technology that's been most PCs since the early 90s, ever reducing in critical dimensions from around 2 um to under 20 nm, over the last 3 decades.

SOI -- semiconductor on insulator is where the silicon is grown on top of an insulating/dielectric material such as sapphire as a way of reducing parasitic capacitances to further increase speed.

SiGe -- a totally different chemistry than current silicon-only technology. Haven't kept up, but Ge has faster mobilities than Si, although its performance over temperature ought to be worse.
