I have a typical 4" flange leaving the LACT Unit and would like to know what the typical valve train set up will be after the flange.

Isolation valve and non return valve?

Why do you ask?

My motto: Learn something new every day

Also: There's usually a good reason why everyone does it that way

It probably will vary depending on the end users requirements. Tank, railcar, pipeline, etc.

Does LACT = "Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (automatic transfer of ownership of crude oil)"?

Sometimes its possible to do all the right things and still get bad results
