What instrument tolerance ?

If I need to control one process at +/- 0.2 pH unit. WHat instrument tolerance do i need?

Has to be at least +/- 0.1pH units, or did I miss something?
e.g. true value is Target value -0.1,
instrument reads target value +/-0.1 = target value -0.2 to target + 0.0.
