What happened to Alpha-Triworks and solidworksdevelepor.com?

Anybody know the scoop on SW reseller Alpha-Triworks and their website solidworksdeveloper.com? Both solidworksdeveloper.com and alpha-triworks.com are down. alpha-triworks.com has been appropriated by a web-squatter.

I tried to log-on last week without success. I just thought my subscription had ended. Which is do anytime now. I did not even thinks to ask myself why I could not even get to the home page. Thanks for the heads-up.

Funny you should mention subscription. They actually automatically renewed mine on August 4--AND BILLED MY CREDIT CARD!

Thanks, but I already "Googled". These are only directories and publications that mention Alpha-Triworks. I also tried to call them. No answer

UPDATE:

The site was sold. The new owner plans to revamp the site.

The new onwer was quick to correct all billing issues.
