We've used AlphaCam (older,simpler version) and recently purchased MasterCam, the 2-1/2 axis package. We machine plastic & misc parts on our router. Anyway, I have not been to delighted with the MasterCAm product so we are now trying to get the Expert Machinist package on-line.
