Hey everyone!
I recently got placed an engineering firm. Even though the job is difficult I am enjoying it. But being a fresher in this field I would like to know all the safety measures that a company should take while running an engineering firm, especially in construction. Would like to hear from all, what are the safety measures to be taken?

Understand what you're trying to do, identify the associated hazards, assess how much risk they create, decide what you need to do about it, actually do the things you decided, then check whether it's having the intended effect. Repeat for everything you need to do.

Any safety measures taken outside that system are likely to be the wrong safety measures.

You should have a had a safety briefing as part of your induction. Find out who your safety rep is and go and talk to him.

Rhondalapan,

We don't know what sort of company you are working for and/or what danger you are in. Don't get into any accidents. Don't cause any accidents.
