We will do wellhead welding in offshore.
Wellhead material AISI 4130 and its casing using K55.
What electrode should be used ? ER80S-G / E10018-D2 or E6010 / E7018 or any option ?
Thanks in advance

I've seen too many cases of welding non-experts insisting on 'matching' filler metal when joining low alloy metals like these. The alloy in the filler metal combined with the carbon picked up from the 4130 makes for potentially very high hardness.
As mentioned, do some trials and a PQR that includes hardness testing.

E6010 should be discounted because of hydrogen cracking concerns. I have used ER70S-2/E7018 for similar welds but cannot provide other recommendations without further design conditions.
