why is it required to select bypass and local switches during well opening and closing in a wellhead control panel. Please explain me in detail.

Please explain to me in more detail what your question is.

Diagrams, pictures, and what is "bypass" - Bypass of what?

Often on well starting the procedures requires someone to physically go to the well site to restart the well and monitor things on the ground. Is this what you mean?

Yes during well startup, when we go to the wellsite to restart why we have to bypass the logic and make it local(manual handling from remote). Please explain me why we have to do this.

What do you mean by "bypass the logic"?

What logic?

What does this logic do normally?

Ultimately though these are company operating procedures applicable to your location. You really need to ask whoever wrote the procedures.
