I was wondering whether anyone could provide some assistance on their experience of what has been done in a situation where a well has been shut-in for a period of time (say during a compressor wash or period of low gas demand) and is required to be revived.
There is currently no artificial lift and a colleague has suggested "packing in" the line to hold the pressure, but I have had a look at the hydrate formation temperature and they are a problem due to the seabed temperature.
I am wanting to understand what has been done in other situations as above.
