Welding consumables for A694 F65

Can anybody suggest welding consumables for GTAW, SMAW & SAW process for welding of A694 F65 to itself and A694 F70 to itself.thickness is 32 mm and PWHT is required per B31.3 code.
Service is SOUR so Ni% in weld consumables is required below 1%.
Please suggest??

For X65, ER80S-Ni1, ER80S-D2 & E8018-C3 have been used effectively for DTAW and SMAW.

Thanks weldstan.will the consumables be same for A694 F70 welding also?
